Get a workable version first. Polish later. Week-one optimization is how people buy the wrong package twice.

My blunt tip: design for tired Tuesday-you, not motivational Monday-you.

Please don't turn this into a personality project. Chengdu already has enough performance.

Three things that help

• A default you can repeat without a planning meeting
• Screenshots/chats for anything with money attached
• One friend who will tell you when you're overcomplicating

When you're here, ordinary weather will teach you faster than another article — rain, heat, overtime, and the week you don't feel social.

If it only works when you're energetic and the sky is perfect, it doesn't work.

Try one real version. Then adjust with scars, not theories.
